Local New Orleans Delivery — Available Now
Good news, neighbors! We deliver locally for a flat $10 to addresses within 10 miles of our shop — that covers most of the greater New Orleans area. Order online and select local delivery at checkout. We'll reach out to coordinate your delivery.
Someone 18 or older must be present to receive your order.
Nationwide Shipping — Paused for Summer
Summer Notice (May–September): We've paused nationwide shipping during the warmer months to make sure your chocolates arrive as chocolates — not a puddle. Shipping resumes in October. If you're local, we've got you covered with $10 delivery.
When shipping is active (October–April), we ship Monday through Wednesday via UPS. Orders placed after Wednesday at 12pm CST ship the following Monday. We do not ship Thursday–Sunday or on holidays.
Temperature-Sensitive Shipping
Artisanal chocolate is delicate. During cooler months, we may include insulated packaging and ice packs at no extra charge when temperatures call for it.
Processing Time
All orders are hand-packed and ship within 48 hours. You'll receive UPS tracking by email once your order is on its way.
Delivery Areas
Local delivery: Within 10 miles of our shop (greater New Orleans area).
Nationwide shipping (Oct–Apr): All U.S. states via UPS. We cannot ship to P.O. or APO boxes.
A Few More Notes
- We do not ship on Fridays to prevent weekend delays
- Holiday shipping deadlines will be posted seasonally
- Corporate and bulk orders may require additional processing time
- UPS Next Day Saver delivers by end of business day, not morning
