Shipping chocolates to arrive in perfect condition can be challenging but don’t worry, we have been doing it successfully for a long time. Please familiarize yourself with our shipping rates and policies before you order.
Shipping Schedule
We ship Monday through Wednesday to ensure your handcrafted chocolates arrive fresh and in perfect condition. Orders placed Wednesday after 12pm CST, Thursday, or Friday will be held until the following Monday. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be held no later than the following Tuesday. We do not ship over the weekend.
Delivery timelines do not take unexpected weather delays into consideration, which may affect ship dates, and arrival dates. We cannot be held responsible for delays due to weather, incorrect address provided to us, or other circumstances beyond our control. We can not ship to P.O. or APO boxes.
Temperature-Sensitive Shipping
Our artisanal chocolates are crafted with care and require special attention during warmer months. From May through September, or when temperatures exceed 70°F at destination, we ship via UPS Next Day Saver to maintain quality. During these months there is a handling fee added to orders, as we also include ice packs and insulated packaging.
Processing Time
All orders are carefully hand-packed and ship within 48 hours of order placement. You'll receive UPS tracking information via email once your order ships.
Delivery Areas
We currently ship nationwide within the United States via UPS. Local New Orleans delivery available - contact us for details.
- We do not ship on Fridays to prevent weekend delays
- Holiday shipping deadlines will be posted during seasonal periods
- Corporate and bulk orders may require additional processing time
- UPS Next Day Saver delivers by end of business day (not morning delivery)
