We've made the difficult but necessary decision to pause nationwide shipping for the summer season. As much as we love sending our chocolates to you wherever you are, the summer heat is simply no match for handcrafted chocolate — and your order arriving in perfect condition matters more to us than making the sale.
We'll be back to shipping the moment conditions allow, and we'll announce the return on our website and social channels. Thank you so much for your patience and continued love for Envie.
🚗 New Orleans Local Delivery — Available Now
Good news if you're local! We're offering New Orleans area delivery all summer long so you never have to go without.
Simply enter your Louisiana shipping address at checkout and select "Local New Orleans Delivery" — it's $10 and we'll be in touch to coordinate a delivery window that works for you.
When Shipping Resumes
Once we resume nationwide shipping, here's what to expect:
- Shipping Schedule: Orders ship Monday through Wednesday to ensure your chocolates arrive fresh.
- Processing Time: All orders are carefully hand-packed and ship within 48 hours of placement. You'll receive UPS tracking via email once your order is on its way.
- Temperature-Sensitive Care: During warm months, we ship via UPS Next Day Saver with ice packs and insulated packaging. A handling fee applies during these periods.
- Delivery Areas: We ship nationwide within the United States via UPS.
